I think it was a fantastic experience! Deb created a space that felt safe and encouraged interaction. Although it was interactive, it still felt it was in everybody’s comfort zone. I got a chance to express my views, my uncertainties and my passions.

Most important thing I will took from it was a section about listening, I found it profound. It changed so many of my views about leadership. I recognize better my strengths and weaknesses and I feel my self-confidence grew massively. Lastly, I was a nice opportunity to learn more about my co-workers and see their perspective on managing.

I think the course was really well made. I learned a lot of new techniques that will give me confidence presenting in the future. The presenter was really knowledgeable and the whole day felt like a short moment. He did manage to get me out of my comfort zone and look at how to present differently.

What a great workshop. We only presented for c. 10 mins during the course of the entire day so it was unlike any presentation training I’ve been on before. Conrad got us focussing on our posture, tone of voice and pausing for effect. It was very worthwhile and has not only build on my confidence for presenting but also on how I make.

The amount and quality of the information was excellent. The vocabulary it equipped me with proved useful the very next day. Debra, Hannah and Drew were charming, charismatic and kind. I was amazed at how professional and approachable they were. Debra especially made sure everyone felt involved and included. The environment in the class for the whole day felt positive and safe. I would gladly take the class again and could not recommend it highly enough.
